Community members, businesses, and residents from surrounding communities are encouraged to recycle their unwanted electronic items at Hackett Catholic Prep. The event will be located at 1000 W. Kilgore Rd. on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 11:00am – 4:00pm. Green Earth Electronics Recycling will be operating the event. Accepted items include: computers, laptops, monitors (fee), TVs (fee), telephones, cameras, DVD players, cords/cables, printers, toner cartridges, cell phones, refrigerators (fee), air conditioners (fee), appliances, and any other electronic items or items with a cord. A handling fee will be collected for ALL monitors of any size ($10 per monitor) and ALL televisions of any size ($20 per TV). Additionally, a handling fee will be collected for any items containing Freon ($10 per item).
